She was predeceased by: her parents, Mearl May and Wilna May (Wilson); her spouse Jackie Shoulders; and her sisters, Phyllis Dalton and Nancy Leet.
She is survived by: her son David Shoulders (Christy); her grandsons, Matthew, Christopher Shoulders, Zachary Shoulders (Paige Prichard) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Joshua and Alex Shoulders of Olney; her brother William May of Dunedin, FL; and her sister-in-law Judy Hough (Tom) of Springfield, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
