Slaughter of Olney, Illinois, born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on August 12, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Richard Slaughter; and her brother Allen Gronewold. She is survived by : her daughter Emma Gronewold (Storey); and her siblings, Susan Ames of Bible Grove, IL and Larry Gronewold of Springfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Richland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Activity Fund.
