He is survived by: his son Wade Alan Chaplin (Shelly) of Olney; his girlfriend Rose Schackmann of Noble; his grandson Matthew Chaplin; his siblings, Myrl, Gerald Chaplin and Linda Clow; and his stepchildren, Eddie Edwards, Tina Hutchison, Daniel Martin, Allen Martin and Tonya Reid. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
