He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Balding and Nina Balding (Ramsey); and his sister Phyllis Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Bonita Balding (Wade) of Olney; his children, Michael Balding (Jennifer) of Olney, Lynita Arteberry (Loren) of Parkersburg and Tony Balding (Christy) of Centennial, CO; his grandchildren, Alec Balding (Brittany), Erin Balding, Tyler Arteberry (Karlie Switzer), Chris Arteberry (Haley Miller), Carson Arteberry (Kylee), Shelby and Myles Balding; and his sister Alyce Whitten of McDonald, TN. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
