She was predeceased by: her parents, Casey Barnett and Inez Barnett (Wynn); her husband Emmitt Leo Schwartzlose; her children-in-law, Marilyn Schwartzlose, Ray Frazier and Rick Newby; her granddaughters, Kristina Jones and Amy Frazier; her great grandchild Addley Jones; and her siblings, Howard, Hazel, Virgil, Elinor, Lloyd, Neal and Jim.
She is survived by: her children, John (Donna) of New Albany, IN, Larry (Carol) of Madisonville, KY, David (Robin) of Olney, IL, Sally Frazier of Bridgeport, IL, Nancy Newby of Indianapolis, IN, Jane Jones (Steve) of Newton, IL and Ruth Stout (Mark) of Elberfeld, IN; her siblings, Glen Barnett, Mae Brandt and George Barnett; and her caregiver Melissa Kelm. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 32 great grandkids; and 16 great great grandkids.
