She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Phillips and Edith Phillips (Crum); her husband Leland Cox; and her children, John Cox and Mary Lee Smith.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Michael Smith of Belleville, IL and Brian Smith of Lakeland, TN; her great grandchildren, Nathan and Lillian Smith of Belleville, IL; and her son-in-law Henry Smith of St. Francisville, IL.
