He was predeceased by : his father Edgar Powell. He is survived by : his mother Mary Powell (Hall) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; and his siblings, Terri Clary (Steve) of Olney, Vickie Bressler (Kenny) of Mount Vernon, Illinois and Kenny Powell of Mount Vernon, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
