He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Shellenberg (Nic), Shawna Pittman (David Osborne) and Michelle Atwood (Jeffery); his sisters, Kim Campbell (Paul) of Newburgh, IN and Dianna Welty (Cobie) of Clay City, IL; his nieces and nephews, Cody Wolf (Journey), Everett Campbell, Faith Welty and Kelly Rain; and his grandchildren, Lacey, Casey, Peyton, Natalie, Hudson, Camryn, Izabella, Derek, Miranda, Kindra, Xzander, Eva, Caylee and Gage.
Memorials can be made to the North Freedom Cemetery.
