He was predeceased by: his father Paul E. Harmon, Sr.; his brother Brad Harmon; his mother-in-law Patricia Davis; his stepfather David Strong; and his brothers-in-law, Ray Foster and Bob Jackson.
He is survived by: his mother Marjorie Harmon (Hunt) of Olney; his wife Peggy Sue Harmon of Olney; his daughter Tiffany Sue Lane (James) of Sevierville, TN; his grandchildren, Tenzley Sue Lane and Coleson Edward Lane; and his sister-in-law Clara Foster. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
