He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Toliver (Stanley); and his nephew Sonny Toliver. He is survived by: his father Merle Toliver of Olney; his wife Betty Henderson; his children, Kimberly Ann Reece of Olney and Chris Toliver (Erica) of Parkersburg; his grandchildren, J. D. Beehn, Kristin Scott (John), Hailee Reece, Ryan Toliver and Mitchell Toliver; his great grandchildren, Ryder, Emberly, Ellie and Zayden; and his siblings, Gratton Toliver of Effingham, IL, Lonnie Toliver of Chauncey, IL and Darca Hatten of Olney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
