He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Blackburn and Maudie Blackburn (Cook); and his wife Elizabeth LaVerne Weiler. He is survived by : his close friend Diane Fehrenbacher; and his children, Karen Edwards of Vincennes, IN, Lynn Pace (Tap) of Troy, VA, Dale Blackburn (Cathleen) of Port Ludlow, WA, James Blackburn (Kelly) of Laguna Hills, CA, Jeffery Blackburn (Amy) of Laguna Hills, CA and Timothy Blackburn (Ben Elowitz) of Santa Monica, CA. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Great Grandchild.
