He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Dale and Wanda Shamhart (Huston). He is survived by: his wife Alice Reed of Olney; his children, Brian Reed (Genni) of Charleston, IL, Crystal Catiller of Vincennes, IN, Robin Bywater of Texas, Angie Dickey (Leon) of Tennessee, Kay Fulk of Indiana, Rodney Fulk of Indiana and Veronica Russell (Jeremiah) of Louisville, IL; and his siblings, Dawn Ligion (David) and Rick Shamhart (Kim). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
