She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Mae Fitzgerald and Allwood; her husband Billy Joe Webb; her grandson Joseph Edwards; her sisters, Gertrude Fry, Velda Mae Zimmerle and Irma Gene Webb; and her nephew Jeff Fry.
She is survived by: her children, Shelia Ann Clark, Charlene Mae Rippel, Victoria Jean Clark-Klein, Tracy Sue Clark and Johnny Lee Clark; and her brother Emery Lee Fitzgerald. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren; 24 Great Grandchildren.
