She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Rush and Erma Rush (Reeves). She is survived by: her husband Clayton Eugene Pack of Omaha; her children, James Pack (Pam) of Carmi, Robert Pack (Beth) of Mt. Carmel and Rose Church (Levi) of Norris City; her siblings, Geno, Donnie, Hardy, Rick, Jerry, Melvin Jr., Betty and Josh; her grandchildren, Joshua, Matthew, Angel, Roxy, James, Kamen, Jacob, Cheyenne and Lexi; and her great grandchild Oaklyn.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Campbell Funeral Home to assist the family with expenses.
