He was predeceased by: his father Nelson L. Poole; and his daughter Kailey Poole. He is survived by: his mother Connie Poole (Shelton); his children, Jamie Morton (Matthew) of Opdyke, IL, Brandon Poole (Rebekah) of Opdyke, IL, Isaiah Poole of Dix, IL and Ethan Poole of Salem, IL; his sisters, Dianna Webb and Laura Bay (Bill); his grandchildren, Noah Morton, Hadley Morton, Gunner Poole, Ellie Morton, Waylon Poole and Aiden Poole; and his close friend Amanda Johnson. He is also survived by Several Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Memorials in Jason's honor may be made to the family for funeral expenses in care of Jamie Morton.
