He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia, Anne, Madalyn and Christopher; his wife Jill Burnett; his sons, Grant and Logan; his brother Dean Lisk (Angie); his nieces and nephews, Sawyer, Eben and Hayden; his mother-in-law Evelyn Burnett; his nieces and nephews, Dustin Schierbaum (Amber), Taylor Marsh (Levi) and Zeb Adams (Tiffany); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hadley, Laytyn, Wacey Schierbaum, Briggs, Blake Marsh, Henry, Harlan and Merritt Lisk; Barret, Melissa, Madalyn, Cheryl Lynn, Shelley, Gary Wilkerson (Cheryl Ann) and Monte Adams.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Opdyke Missionary Baptist Church to assist community members facing health challenges.
