He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilbur Pruett and Barbara Pruett (Delabar); his wife Lou Pruett of Oquawka, IL; his children, William Pruett (Shari) of Gladstone, IL, Kyle Pruett (Kindra) of Biggsville, IL and Lindsey Pogue (Robert) of Rockford, WA; his grandchildren, Paisley Pruett, Athena Pruett, Viveka Pruett, Arya Pruett, Oliver Pruett and Finley Pogue; and his siblings, Becky DeWitt (James) of Oquawka, IL, Charlie Pruett of North Carolina, Linda Kulp (Rich) of Oquawka, IL and Donna Whalen (Len) of Mt. Pleasant, IA..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Mama's Place (1002 N Seventh St, Oquawka, IL 61469).
