He was predeceased by: his father William R.; and his brother William R. Weir, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Jane Weir, Sr. (Bigger) of Burlington; his sister Peggy Williams of Macomb, Illinois; his niece Martha Weir; and his nephew Neil Weir.
