He was predeceased by: his father Bernard Engen; and his brother Kendall Engen. He is survived by: his mother Pamela Jean Engen (Dixon) of Oquawka; his nephew Kyler Engen of Burlington, IA; and his nieces, Nyla, Cricket and Ellie.
