Addis (Oquawka, Illinois), born in Galesburg, Illinois, who passed away on October 6, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John "Johnnie Dohrn" Addis and Eloise Addis (Wilson); his wife Linda Addis (Peterson); and his brother Mike Addis. He is survived by : his children, Brian Addis (Sheri), Kelly Addis, Trenton Addis and Katie Marshall (Addis).
