With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ramona R. Bailey of Oquawka, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. As Ramona departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Ramona. Though Ramona may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her mother Russell Manning; and her husband Loren R. "Buck" Bailey. She is survived by: her son Ty Bailey of Oquawka, IL. She is also survived by her two granddaughters; one grandson; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oquawka Cemetery (400 Ninth St, Oquawka, IL 61469).
Memorials can be made to the Oquawka Fire Dept., Oquawka Ambulance Service, or the Henderson County Humane Society and can be sent to the funeral home.
