He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Scheider and Lois Scheider (Hanke). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Scheider (Baker); his daughter Valerie Sweitzer (Terry) of Lanark, IL; and his grandchildren, Nicole Sweitzer, Caleb Sweitzer and Luke Sweitzer.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cramer-Leamon Funeral Home (200 W High St, Orangeville, IL 61060). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Richland Free Methodist Church (3872 W Richland Rd, Freeport, IL 61032).
A memorial fund has been established in his name.
