We bid farewell to Carolyn Setterstrom of Orangeville, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 18, 2026 at the age of 96. Carolyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Swanson and Ellen Swanson (Linn); her husband Robert Setterstrom; and her brothers, Wilbur, Ronald, Marvin, Irving, Sanford and Burdette.
She is survived by: her sons, Jim (Dianna), Tom (Robyn), Gene, Mark (Deborah), Bruce and Paul; her brother John (Norma); her niece Karla; and her sweet little Flicka. She is also survived by brother-in-law; Charles (Carol) Also 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
The family asks that memorials be directed to the Rockford Rescue Mission and the Park Hills Evangelical Free Church.
