She is survived by: her husband Chrissie of Oregon, IL.; her grandsons, Zackery (Natilee) and Adam Walden (Heather); her great grandchildren, Sabrina, Eli Martin, Farrah and Christopher Walden; her sister Eva Tucker (Robert) of Princeton, KY; her nephew Shawn Tucker (Melody); her niece Teryl Farmer (Joey) of Dalton, KY; her cousin Karen Maddux (Greg) of Marion, KY; her great-nieces, Maggie Jo Sawyer (Quentin) and Laney Watts (Austin); her friend Honey Wilde; Colter Sawyer.
In lieu of flowers, Ann requested any gifts in her name to be made to the Oregon Church of God.
