She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Johnsen and Bernadine Johnsen (Lentowski); her husband Ernest L. Mack; and her daughter Catherine Sobecki. She is survived by: her children, Bernadine Novoa of Oregon, IL and Daniel Carrao (Tracy McGowan) of Rockford, IL; and her grandchildren, Theresa, Anthony, Cody, Heather, Victoria, Jessica, Daniel, Sean and Skylar. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, and many great great grandchildren.
