He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Rucker and Edna Rucker; and his brothers, Orville and Robert. He is survived by : his wife Shirley M. Spoor of Mt. Morris; his stepsons, Scott Spoor (Barb) of Mendota, IL and Jon Spoor (Patti) of Oregon, IL; his stepgrandsons, James and Austin Spoor; and his nephew Patrick McPherson.
