It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances P. Strouse of Oregon, Illinois, who passed away on April 24, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid adieu to Frances' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Frances has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

She was predeceased by : her parents, J. Frank Rozar and Exie Rozar (Garner); and her stepson Christopher Strouse. She is survived by : her husband Clinton Strouse; her daughters, Pam Puckett (Sue Wepfer) of Madison, WI and Cindy Stewart (Brad) of Oregon, IL; and her stepdaughter Michelle Armstrong (Bud Porter) of Byron, IL..

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Farrell Holland Gale Funeral Home - Oregon (110 S 7th St, Oregon, IL 61061). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Farrell-Holland-Gale Funeral Home (110 S 7th St, Oregon, IL 61061).

A memorial fund is established in Fran's name for the Serenity Hospice and Home.
