Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 5th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St Paul Lutheran Church (114 S 5th St, Oregon, IL 61061). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (114 S 5th St, Oregon, IL 61061).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Jerry's memory to Serenity Hospice and Home or to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
