He is survived by: his daughter Briana Villarrubia (Kevin Ofloy); his grandson Josh; his daughter Sabrina Tellez-Brennan (Chris Brennan); his grandchildren, Lee, Alyssa, Ryan and Sydney; his daughter Kate Tellez-DeMatteo (Mike DeMatteo); his grandchildren, Bella and Michael; and his former wife Mila Tellez-Wendorf. He is also survived by niece, her husband, their three children, and his two great-grandchildren.
