He was predeceased by: his parents, Lansford Wilkinson and Martha Wilkinson (Tindell); and his siblings, Ruth, Harold, Dorothy Ann, Donnie, Gary, Carolyn and Jim.
He is survived by: his wife Toni Hilfiker of Byron; his daughters, Michelle Hoshaw (Dave) of Byron and Erin Chavez (Daniel Araya) of O'Fallon, MO; his sisters, Mary Lee (late Richard) of Oregon, Martha Hickman (Bob) of Byron and Emma Scharpf (Junior) of Galena; and his grandchildren, Sarah Hoshaw, Eric Hoshaw, Elliana Chavez and Makayla Chavez.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Farrell Holland Gale Funeral Home - Oregon (110 S 7th St, Oregon, IL 61061). A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
