He is survived by: his wife Judy Garner; his children, Tim Wiltfang (Hedii) and Jenny Meminger (Dirk) of Oregon, IL; his grandson Mike Wiltfang (Erin); his great grandchildren, Maxx, Eralynn and Emree; his grandson Eric Wiltfang (Kristina); his great grandchildren, Myriah, Makena and Cade; his grandson Tyler Wiltfang (Holly); his great grandchild Ida; his grandson Dan Meminger (Brittany); and his great grandchildren, Emmitt, Stella, Luciana and Carly Meminger (Jacob Howard).
In honor of Ray, memorials may be made to Serenity Hospice and Home.
