He is survived by: his wife Jean Nelson Kaminski of Dixon, IL; his son Steven Tyler (Amy); his grandchildren, Max and Kate of Plain City, OH; his stepson Tim Kaminski (Robyn) of Rockville, MD; his grandson Trent Frazier (Aleigha); his great grandchildren, Hannah and Emmerson; his grandchildren, Traci Frazier (Hugh Lenzer) and Tyler Frazier; his great grandchildren, Myles and Nixon; and his siblings, Dr. Richard Tyler (Marcia) of Monroe Center, IL, Nancy Levett of Pickens, SC and Susan Baxter (Fred) of Rockford, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
