She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Parrish and Sophia Parrish (Rudisill); her husband Robert "Deano" O'Leary; and her son Brian Charles O'Leary. She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Nathan (Jack) and Lisa O'Leary Volk (Ron); her grandchildren, Jenna Ekstrom (Jason), Joshua Nathan (Maddie), Aaron Volk, Jacob Volk and Savannah Herrera (John); and her great grandchild Oliver Ekstrom.
The family asks that instead of flowers, donations be made to Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House.
