In loving memory of Irving Rivera of Orion, Illinois, who departed this world on June 21, 2025 at the age of 85. Irving leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosario Rivera and Rudesinda Rivera (Caraballo); and his wife Rosamaria Glaser. He is survived by: his children, Ramona Cuppy (Larry), Michael Rivera (Michele), Mark Rivera (Donna), Manuela Rivera, Claudia Gremillion (Mark) and Christopher Rivera (Samantha); and his sister Maria Rivera. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Saint Maria Goretti Catholic Church (220 E 22nd Ave, Coal Valley, IL 61240). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church (220 E 22nd Ave, Coal Valley, IL 61240).
