He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Swanson and Evelyn Swanson (Seabloom); and his wife Barbara Gravitt. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Samuelson (Keith) and Lynn Swanson; his grandchildren, Alex Samuelson (Megan) and Ann Samuelson (Eric Shird); his great grandchild Alicia Samuelson; and his sisters-in-law, Marge Maddox (Jerry) and Sandy Metzner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
