She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Jordan and Edith Jordan (White); her husband Irwin "Bill" Addis; her son Kirk Addis; and her sister Beverly Jordan.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Roberta Addis. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
