He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest LeRoy and Ruth Marie Anderson (Andree); and his brother Dwight Forrest Anderson. He is survived by: his children, Cassandra Dawn VanHoutte (Scott) of Colona, Monica Jean Anderson of Louisville, Kentucky and Brandon Thomas Anderson of Addison, Texas; his grandchildren, Brooke Marie VanHoutte of Chicago, Jordan Evelyn VanHoutte of Hampton and Taylor Ann VanHoutte of Colona; and his great grandchild Kai Scott Ketelsen of Hampton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to his family for a fund to be established for a children's music program.
