Alberta A. Nykiel Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alberta A. Nykiel (Orland Park, Illinois), who passed away on July 17, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alberta A. Nykiel to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Stan Nykiel; her sisters, Rita Decker (late Harry) and Lorette Koenig (late Gene); and her siblings' children, Nancy and David.
She is survived by: her children, Yvonne Clifford (Robert), Stan Nykiel (Gail) and Roch Nykiel (Barbara); her grandchildren, Lindsay Bruckman (Dave), Cliff Nykiel (Mary Jane), Kurt Nykiel, Craig Nykiel and Ciege Brown (Victor); her great grandchildren, Maya, Franco, Aniela, Savanna and Audrey; and her sibling's children, Linda, Terry and Kim.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home & Crematory (15525 73rd Ave, Orland Park, IL 60462). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Colonial Chapel (15525 73rd Ave, Orland Park, IL 60462). A burial will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at the Resurrection Cemetery (7201 Archer Ave, Justice, IL 60458).
