In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Ashley leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Ashley may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Nicole DeGroot; her stepfather Mark Cerda; her grandparents, Barbara McHatton and Michael DeGroot (Kathleen); her uncles, Kurt DeGroot (Kelly) and Dennis DeGroot (Tomoko); her aunt Karen DeGroot-Griffin; her stepuncles, Bill LaFaire (Tami) and Rich LaFaire; and her stepaunt Karen Miller (Carl).
