It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol J. Karris (Orland Park, Illinois), who passed away on December 14, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Domaz and Julia Domaz; and her siblings, Wayne Domaz (late Nancy) and June Olson (late Robert). She is survived by: her husband Vernon; her children, Pamela Buerger (Derek), Erik Karris (Jennifer) and Reid Karris (Nikki); her grandchildren, Kelsey Truesdale (Daniel), Paige Phillips (Kevin), Duncan Karris, Bram Karris, Cole Evans (Francesca Spero), Emerson Karris, Miles Karris and Daphne Karris; and her great grandchild Aiden Truesdale.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Trinity Lutheran Church Good Samaritan Fund, Trinity Lutheran Church Altar Guild, or Trinity LWML (Lutheran Women Mission League) are appreciated.
