She was predeceased by: her husband Robert L. Specht Sr.; and her parents, Herman Frey and Eleanore Frey. She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Burke (Patrick), Carol Ann Specht and Robert Specht Jr. (Kim); her grandchildren, Meghan Bulman (William), Kristen Taruc (Albert), Patrick Burke (Paula), Robert Burke (Xiomara) and Kaitlyn Burke; and her great grandchildren, Theodore, Felicity, Penelope, Madeline and Aiden.
