She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Petrucci and Virginia Petrucci; and her sister Kathy Shepler (Charles). She is survived by: her children, Andrew J. Krystofiak Jr. and Gina Puchalski (David); and her brothers, Joseph Petrucci, Philip Petrucci (Pam) and William Petrucci (Kimberly).
