She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Arthur Groen, Jr.; her children, Kelly Tyrakowski (Don) and Bonnie Olson (Shawn); her grandchildren, Brianna Rosales (Rafa), Rilee, John, Dana Tyrakowski, Delaney Frigo, Connor and Christopher Olson; her great grandchildren, Vivian and Evelyn Rosales; her siblings, Margaret Vojtech (Frank), William J. Hart (late Sandy) and Noreen Plage (Ernie); and her siblings-in-law, Robert Groen (Mary), Richard Groen, Thomas Groen (Paula), Alyce Collinsworth (Lloyd) and Dorothy Kampinga (Dave).
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel (15525 73rd Ave, Orland Park, IL 60462). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at the Good Shepherd Cemetery (16201 104th Ave, Orland Park, IL 60467).
