He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Lynette; his children, Anthony Castaneda (Haley), Laura Ann Hetzel (Eric) and Eric Castaneda; his grandchildren, Evelyn Kay Castaneda and Harrison Frank Castaneda; his parents, Esperanza Castaneda and Alex Castaneda; his siblings, Jesse Castaneda (late Bea), Rose Navia (Juan), Alex Castaneda Jr. and Jorge Castaneda (Karen); and his siblings-in-law, James Bogacki (Patricia) and Judy Albrecht (Ron).
