He was predeceased by: his wife Shyama Sharma. He is survived by: his children, Shachi Sharma (Shiv Kumar Sharma), Sudeep Sharma (Rashmi) and Dr. Sameer Sharma (Divya); his grandchildren, Dr. Sonia Sharma (Rajen Raythatha), Dr. Shivani Sharma (Samarth Sharma), Shravan Sharma (Shivani J. Sharma), Suraj, Roshni, Diya, Krisha and Arjun Sharma; and his great grandchildren, Riaan, Shyla Raythatha, Sarina, Syra Sharma and Sumitra Sharma.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home & Crematory (15525 73rd Ave, Orland Park, IL 60462). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
