She is survived by: her husband Donald; her children, Donald and Kelly Potocek (Richard); her grandchildren, Kristin Sinderson (Blaine), Samantha Petrick (Robert), Erik Potocek and Jennifer Mrozinsky (Caleb); and her great grandchildren, Emily, Margaret, Heidi, Gavin and Logan.
