He was predeceased by: his wife Linda C. Bell; his parents, Lemuel Bell and Ruth Bell; and his siblings, Lemuel Jr. Bell (Arlene) and Anna Mae Jasper (Mike).
He is survived by: his children, Harold Beck (Carrie), Kristin McNeely (Michael) and Luke Bell (Alexa); his grandchildren, Kellan, Layla, April McNeely, Cooper, Mina, Eddie, Sutton, Greta Bell, Jason Beck, Kevin Beck (Anna) and Megan Klopp (James); his great grandchildren, Jax and Brooks; and his siblings, Millard Bell (Martha) and Tina Brodrick (Patrick).
