Helen Kokolus Obituary
Helen Kokolus, age 79, of Orland Park, Illinois, joined her beloved husband, Joseph Kokolus, in Heaven on June 25, 2026.
Helen was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and faithful friend whose kindness, strength, and unwavering love for her family touched all who knew her. She found her greatest joy in spending time with her children and grandchildren, creating lasting memories and sharing her warmth and wisdom with those she loved.
She is survived by her children, John (Julie) Kokolus, Andrew (Joy) Kokolus, and Alexandra (Heath) Hersey; and her cherished grandchildren, Emma, Sydney, Asher, Henry, Marlowe, Nicholas, Camden, and Joseph, who lovingly knew her as Baba.
Helen was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joseph Kokolus; her parents, John and Maria Poliszczuk; her brothers, Jerry and John Poliszczuk; and her in-laws, Joseph and Rosalia Kokolus. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 12130 W. Center St., Wauwatosa, WI 53222.
Helen's loving spirit, deep faith, and devotion to her family will be remembered always. Though she will be greatly missed, her legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
May she rest in eternal peace.
