“Jim sold me my home in Orland Hills in 1988 and we became friends in the process. Our children went to school together and played sports, attended Cub Scouts together and were involved in the school band together. Jim saw something in me and soon created another DJ and I worked with Jim as a DJ for years! To Jim I say Rest in Peace and God Speed my musical brother. I also send thoughts and Prayers to Pat and the entire Tabor family. I am sorry that I just learned of his passing today.”
