She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard "Bernie" Spatz; her sister Marilyn Perrizo (Burt); and her cousin Thomas Spatz. She is survived by: her children, John (Beth), Jim (Amy), Bernie (Pam), Mike (Joy), Karen Cencimino (Todd) and Tricia Ryan (Kevin); her grandchildren, Kevin, Emma, Laurel, Roxanne, Dan (Ashley), Amanda, Michael, Sarah, Charlie, Kaitlyn, Jimmy, Nora, Alex and Liam; and her sister Patricia Whyte (late Don).
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Beverly Ridge Funeral Home (10415 S Kedzie Ave, Chicago, IL 60655). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 8:45 AM to 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Christina Church (11100 S Christiana Ave, Chicago, IL 60655).
